Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager - G+ unlimited to lead and manage building project in Dubai from beginning to handover of the project. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE experience in high-rise construction, strong project leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of local regulations. A valid Dubai Municipality construction license for unlimited floors is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality delivery. Lead planning, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling for multiple project sites. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure seamless project operations. Supervise site staff and engineers to maintain high construction and safety standards. Monitor adherence to UAE building codes and obtain all necessary permits and approvals. Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management. Administer contracts, including handling variations, claims, and conflict resolution. Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation measures. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Master's degree preferred With DM Approved Certificate, SOE, etc Rich knowledge in finishing standards & quality control. PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage Valid Dubai Municipality construction license for unlimited floors (mandatory) UAE Driving License preferred

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of UAE-based experience in project management or as senior project engineer within the construction sector. Proven track record in managing high-rise buildings Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality procedures, and other relevant authorities (e.g., Trakhees, ADM)

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD Strong budgeting, scheduling, and documentation capabilities
