Senior Project Engineer (civil)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Minimum UAE Experience 4 Years)to join our construction team in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating project execution activities, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Experience in precast building projects is highly preferred.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day project execution activities at site and ensure adherence to project schedules, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project delivery. Manage and monitor precast construction works, including production coordination, delivery, installation, and interface with civil works. Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents. Ensure proper planning, sequencing, and execution of construction activities. Monitor quality control and HSE compliance at site as per project and company standards. Track project progress, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and highlight risks or delays with corrective actions. Coordinate inspections with Consultants and relevant authorities, ensuring timely approvals. Resolve site technical issues, raise RFIs, and implement approved solutions. Assist in cost control, material planning, and manpower management. Ensure timely completion of works in line with contractual requirements and project milestones. Support project close-out activities including snag clearance, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
