Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified

Senior Project Engineer (Civil)

with a

Dubai Municipality (DM) License - G+4

, possessing over

8 years of UAE experience

in construction and project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of civil construction activities from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality standards, project timelines, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Supervision:

Lead day-to-day site operations, civil works, and technical guidance. Ensure all activities are in compliance with local regulations and approved drawings. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments.

DM and Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with

Dubai Municipality (DM)

regulations and obtain necessary inspections and approvals (G+4). Handle submission and follow-ups with DM and other regulatory authorities.

Planning & Scheduling:

Assist in preparing detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans. Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective measures.

Quality Assurance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to

QA/QC

protocols and construction safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors. Conduct regular meetings to review progress, safety, and quality.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of site activities, project documentation, and progress reports. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

License:

Valid

Dubai Municipality G+4 License

Experience:

Minimum

8 years of UAE-based civil construction experience

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Deep understanding of local construction codes, safety standards, and engineering practices

Language:

Fluent in English.

Other:

UAE Driving License preferred
