LPG and Natural Gas systems

--including design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance--serving residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the UAE.

We are seeking a

Senior Project Coordinator

to join our growing team and oversee the execution of multiple gas system projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor daily project operations and schedules. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth project progress. Assist the Project Manager in planning, budgeting, and execution of gas system projects. Prepare project documentation, material submittals, and work progress reports. Follow up on procurement, material delivery, and site installation activities. Supervise project progress to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and Civil Defense regulations. Identify potential risks or delays and propose corrective measures. Support in commissioning, testing, and project handover documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or a related field.

5-8 years of experience

in project coordination (preferably in LPG / Natural Gas systems or MEP sector). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong knowledge of

UAE Civil Defense procedures and project standards

. Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools (MS Project or similar). Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
