HDR is seeking a strong manager to lead and support our team partnership with the Area Business Group Manager for Building Engineering Services (BES). In the role of Senior Project Architect, we'll count on you to: The Senior Project Architect will be primarily focused on supporting the BES Architectural team in Dubai pursue and deliver work in the industrial / manufacturing / logistics projects. This person will be able to lead a team in delivery and coordination with the staff, key internal stake holders and external clients. This individual will be a part of the Dubai architectural team coordinating resources and pursuits across the broader regional team. Responsibilities will include: Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative and sustainable design solutions Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations Utilize your expertise in Revit for the development of architectural plans and models Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards Foster client relationships and deliver exceptional service Develop feasible design delivery plans while planning resource allocations and the time deployments required #LI-MW4 Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture degree (not Science) from an accredited institution Minimum of 10 years of professional architectural experience in delivering industrial / manufacturing / logistics projects Demonstrable experience developing industrial architecture strategies, site planning, process flows and solutions for process-oriented facilities Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software Strong design, technical, and project management skills Effective time management abilities ensuring projects and tasks are delivered to budgets Excellent communication and presentation abilities A proven track record of successfully leading architectural projects Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus Architectural registration (RA) or pursuit of registration is preferred Why HDR At HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for it's also about what you do and how you do it.
