Candidate Must understand the below fabrication process: 1) Receiving material from Supplier, ,Cutting of material ,Fitup, Welding, Paint /Powder coating/Galvanising, Packaging of material, Delivery of material. 2) Must know how to prioritise his production as there will be several projects running at once. Secondly he must be aware of all the steel material specifications, grades etc. Must have strong co-ordiantion skills and be in touch with his SITE team / Managers/Designers to understand the workflow and deliver material on time. 3) Allocation of fabrication drawings among all fabrication bays based on the given weekly/monthly plan & loading pattern. 4) Revision & hold control of fabrication drawings and continuous updation to production bays. 5) To carry out production progress monitoring to ensure the works are done as per the given plan and to initiate the counter measure action whenever it is lacking. 6) Ensuring the changes in fabrication drawings / requirements during or after production are documented through change orders for the additional claim. 7) Periodical progress reporting to the projects team. 8) Coordination with all concerned for the shop floor activities like drawing queries, free issue materials, erection sequence & site requirements etc. 9) Assistance for the continual improvement of production planning & reporting processes. 10) Adhere to all company policies, procedures, ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented with in each project. 11) Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of project and shop objectives. 12) Sections raw materials forecasting for the available drawings & arrangement in coordination with projects team to ensure sufficient raw materials are available to carry out the production.
