Role: Senior Product Specialist

Location- Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose
Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end Ivalua implementation, enhancements, rollouts to new geographies and upgrades
• Direct, Indirect and Support Function in S2C and P2P modules
• Streamline the enhancement process by ensuring most critical enhancements are delivered to PROD in shortest possible cycle
• Well versed with running design workshops, blue printing, requirement gathering, As-To Be process mapping, Gap analysis, preparing BRD & FS documents.
• Agile methodology to roll out complex enhancements on Ivalua Platform related to Supplier Onboarding and Lifecycle Management
• Conduct training sessions for P2P and S2C tracks
• Configuring and testing various scenarios / test cases in new Ivalua releases
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with strategy on B2B spend management solutions
• Monitor and analyze transactional and product usage metrics using the SQL Queries, BI tools and usage analytics platform for data driven decisions to prioritize development efforts
• Provide support in addition to the ability of troubleshooting complex issues related to procurement, supplier management, and spend management modules.
• Support integration between Ivalua and ERP system, addressing configuration issues and managing data flow problems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in comparative industry

• Highly experienced IT Business Analyst and solutions Consultant ,specializing in ERP and B2B SaaS platforms with a strong track record in enterprise-wide rollouts.
• Database ( SQL),Scripting (powershell),DDOS,WAF,backup solution
• Third party integrations ( APIs/SFTP)
• System Integration Prototyping
