Your Role
Salesforce Technical Architects are Salesforce platform experts who can take the puzzle-pieces that are a client’s business requirements, and design masterpiece solutions. Creativity in problem solving as well as being an excellent listener are probably the most emphasised facets of a Salesforce Technical Architect. Your Impact
- Partner with client(s), SMEs, business analysts, consultants, and architects, to frame business goals and value streams from which we can shape solution propositions that provide transformative business outcomes and customer experience
- Facilitate workshops to identify key business drivers and requirements
- Create Business Architecture diagrams that map Salesforce product capabilities to business needs
- Translate solution vision into a product vision/roadmap containing well-defined, prioritised features that will realise the solution and value
- Manage key business stakeholder relationships including C-level executive
- Owner of the backlog of work that the programme delivers
- Establish objective goals for Salesforce projects and programmes with success and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes
- Masterfully apply Lean Agile practices and frameworks
- Collaborate with solution, technical, and enterprise architects to envision and prioritise capability enablers
- Represent Salesforce best practice and understand new releases and trends in the market
- Build and maintain a trusting relationship with the client, teams, and vendors; develop influence without authority
- Inspire, lead, and mentor, a high-performing team of Salesforce Consultants to continually facilitate improvements in developing and enhancing best-in-class Salesforce deliveries

- Experience in 10+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience mapping business needs to Salesforce capabilities and products
- Demonstrated success creating Salesforce product vision and strategy
- Demonstrated knowledge across multiple Salesforce clouds
- Proven ability to prioritise multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders
- Practiced in workshop facilitation to cultivate ideation
- Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, with success leveraging data to make decisions about product feature increments
- Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholder and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value
- Mastery in leading change and inspire others to change behaviours
- Influencer in continuous learning and innovation
- Salesforce certifications
- Certified Agile Product Manager designation
- Enterprise Architecture or Change Management certification / accreditation
