Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Senior Product Manager MENA to be based either in Jeddah or Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for deploying the marketing strategy per channel of business across the region.
- Responsible for developing and executing of operational plan for the defined brands.
- Manage local distribution agents including negotiation of pricing and fees, inventory turnover, and inventory management.
- Monitoring and controlling marketing expenditure within budget allocation, and its reflection on countries as well as overall Brand and portfolio P&L.
- Improving product marketability, profitability, and market share by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective training materials to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in the financial reporting, planning of annual cycles, and reporting on portfolio performance.
- BSc Degree in Pharmacy. Post-graduate in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum 4 \xe2\x80\x93 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Product Manager in the multinational pharmaceutical industry
- Diverse experience in OTC, Prescription, and Hospital products within GCC. UAE/KSA direct experience is an advantage.
- Previous experience in CNS and gynecology is a plus.
- Previous exposure in negotiation with distributor agents in GCC.
- Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time as required.
- Excellent business fluency in English and Arabic.
