Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for financial services offerings within the Blue ecosystem
• Identify and develop embedded finance opportunities including payments, lending, rewards monetization, subscriptions, and insurance
• Translate business strategy into clear product outcomes, KPIs, and measurable success metrics
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and optimization
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize backlogs, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Define functional and non-functional requirements covering scalability, security, performance, and regulatory compliance
• Drive experimentation through A and B testing and continuous post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with legal, risk, compliance, and finance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards including KYC, AML, PCI, and data privacy
• Design financial products that balance customer experience with fraud prevention and risk controls
• Leverage customer data, analytics, and AI insights to personalize financial journeys and improve engagement
• Define and manage monetization models including interchange, commissions, subscriptions, float, and partner revenue
• Act as the single point of ownership for financial services products across internal teams and external partners
• Present product performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Ideal Profile

• 12 plus years of product management experience with at least 3 to 5 years in financial services or fintech
• Strong understanding of payments, wallets, rewards, or embedded finance ecosystems
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, consumer-facing digital products
• Hands-on collaboration experience with engineering, design, and data teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
