Job Purpose:
- Ensure the product portfolio maximizes Emirates Holidays sales through a clear understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, competitor activity and the brand positioning. Lead and manage the Emirates Holidays product team to deliver on growth and profitability objectives.

Job Outline:
- Support in the development of the the Emirates Holidays product strategy across new and existing markets and drive the translation of strategy into clear deliverable plans. In collaboration with the Corporate communictaions, Marketing and Brand (CCM&B) team, play a critical role in developing and executing marketing plans. Constantly evolve the product portfolio and customer experience journey in line with the brand positioning, customer proposition and changing trends to create sustainable competitive advantage. Create a product `centre of excellence
- Manage the relationship with internal Group Supplier Relations teams to ensure Emirates Holidays product requirements are effectively delivered and on sale in all relevant channels. Create strong relationships with external product suppliers to optimise support for Emirates Holidays
- Develop, implement and maintain an effective Product KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Programme to support the business objectives and strengthen the awareness and value of Emirates Holidays across the wider group.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and partners to obtain strong customer, competitor and market insight to develop an intimate understanding of customer needs. Align and evolve Emirates Holidays product offerings in line with the customer experience strategy in order to strengthen differentiation and customer loyalty.
- Continually identify, develop, and implement improvements to new and existing products and services to grow market share and strengthen Emirates Holidays overall competitive advantage. Develop and own a comprehensive `new product development programme.
- Collaborate with CCM&B to develop and implement the annual and tactical marketing plans.
- Ensure Emirates Holidays is strongly represented within the wider EK Group to prioritise and capitalize on new and existing opportunities to grow EKH. Continously seek opportunites for positive synergies across EK Group to optimise overall EKH performance. Keep abreast of new and planned route launches, ensuring Emirates Holidays products are tailored to destinations and capatilise on new destinations. Work closely with Skywards to optimise `earn and burn opportunities for volume growth and customer advocacy
- Work with the Learning & Development to develop and manage an effective product training programme for all Emirates Holidays sales teams
- Lead the Emirates Holidays product team to drive high performance, ensuring objectives are clearly set and cascaded to the team. Support a performance based culture through coaching, training and development and by role modelling EK group values and leadership behaviours.

Commercial/Sales. Other : 8+ Years

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :

Graduate in Marketing, Business or Leisure/Tourism Industry Experience in management roles within product/commercial/sales/marketing within Travel/Leisure or product development capacity.
Knowledge/skills:
- Excellent knowledge of the leisure tourism market & industry and core worldwide leisure destinations
- Proven track record of new product development, implementation and management
