The Credit Cards business in Standard Chartered Bank UAE is a growing business line with core focus on customer growth and card value proposition. The shortlisted candidate will work alongside the credit cards team to work on initiatives related to product development and maintenance, customer growth and customer engagement. This role will require working extensively with business partners across various functions to implement initiatives and track performance of these initiatives for an effective business management strategy.

This role will be responsible to work on the design and implementation of credit card business initiatives. The activities will cover product development and management, product lifecycle management and customer growth. It will require collaboration with stakeholders across various functions to ensure that such initiatives are in line with the overall business objectives and we are achieving the desired results.
Business
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Develop credit card products that suit financial & lifestyle needs of target segment, regular review of the proposition to ensure that our products are relevant and sustainable. This involves choosing product features, work with functional team on implementation of business requirements and oversee product development lifecycle
Design and implement marketing plans to drive credit card sales, work closely with Sales on training and implementation of best practices to achieve business targets
Support the team on initiatives related to customer growth. This includes end to end management of campaigns for new customer acquisition across various channels
Review consumer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for product proposition and tactical campaigns, market research to identify customer preferences, competitor analysis, and industry trends, stay up to date with regulatory requirements
Work closely with relevant teams to ensure that our digital platforms are working as per the product construct, work along with the digital team on the optimization of customer journey for a better customer experience
Regularly assess the performance of credit card products, analyse usage patterns, evaluate profitability, monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
Engage with relevant stakeholders for effective governance and robust controls around product construct and processes
Constantly evolve KPIs and performance dashboards that are aligned to strategic business objectives and can help senior management in decision-making
