Finacle Core Banking Specialist

to join

Finacle 11 customization, integration, and interfacing

Education

Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

At least 10 years of experience working with the Finacle Core Banking product (from Infosys/Edgeverve).


Proficient in Finacle 11 requirements and product capabilities, as well as customization architecture.


Experience managing Finacle interfacing requirements, including custom and product APIs, Connect 24, and Finacle Integrator.


Hands-on expertise in Finacle core customization, specifically in REST API integration.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of the Finacle product architecture and customization layers.


Familiarity with Finacle customization processes, including creating new custom menus, generating reports (MRT and Jasper), batch jobs, product menu modification, FI, EOD-BOD processes, and debugging.


Knowledge of best practices in Oracle, including SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions, as they relate to the Finacle application.


Experience with Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report design.


Proficiency in Node.js and Kubernetes (k8s).


Comprehensive understanding of Finacle Integrator and its potential enhancements.

Functional Skills

In-depth knowledge of Finacle Core Banking functionalities.


Solid grasp of the banking domain and relevant terminologies.


Finacle certification from Infosys is a valuable advantage.


Familiarity with Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM/FININFRA).


Demonstrated experience adhering to best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices.


Experience working within Agile methodologies.


Commitment to ensuring the quality of technical and application architecture as well as system design across the organization.


Ability to conduct research and benchmark technology against other leading solutions.

Soft Skills

Capable of effectively managing a team to enhance their productivity and technical and functional effectiveness through shared expertise and experience.


Self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively across various teams in the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Finacle Core Banking customization and integration projects. Handle Finacle 11 requirements, including product capability, customization, and architecture. Manage Finacle interfacing requirements using custom and product APIs/Connect 24/Finacle Integrator. Develop and maintain Finacle customization, reports, and scripts.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in Finacle Core Banking products. Strong technical expertise in Finacle product architecture and customization. Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting. Experience with Node.js and Kubernetes is a plus. * Excellent communication and team management skills.
