Capable of managing high volume of procurement requisitions within tight timeline and concurrently working with multiple projects if required.
Prepare and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle activity including, requests for quotation, scope definition documents, commercial and legal negotiations, total cost of ownership, legal provisions, service levels, etc.
Possess a deep understanding of each business unit domain requirements (e.g. IT, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, etc)
Identify and deliver transformational change through by introducing operational efficiency for business units (e.g. online catalogue management)
Contract Analysis by liaising with the legal team.
Spend analysis and usage patterns
Demand Management by liaising with the Operations team
Requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make sound procurement decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing and vendor management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Experience in Coupa platform is preferred.
