Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle procurement: sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, PO issuance, and delivery follow-up. Coordinate with boutique operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement aligned with business needs. Maintain and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring quality, delivery, and pricing standards. Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance with internal procurement policy, and audit readiness. Identify new sourcing opportunities that align with luxury brand standards and cost efficiency. Prepare monthly procurement and cost-saving reports for management. Ensure smooth collaboration with local and international suppliers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 5 years of procurement experience; experience in luxury retail or fashion industry is highly preferred. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Proactive, trustworthy, and highly organized with attention to detail. Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple categories and vendors independently.
