Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement processes for Oil & Gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in techno-commercial evaluations, supplier negotiations, and procurement planning, ensuring timely and cost-effective material sourcing while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update procurement plans aligned with project schedules.
- Prepare RFQs, bid tabulations, and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
- Negotiate prices and terms to optimize procurement budgets.
- Place purchase orders, expedite vendor documentation, and monitor deliveries.
- Coordinate kick-off meetings, inspections, and resolve supplier disputes.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Expertise in ERP software (ePromis) and MS Office.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas EPC procurement practices.
