Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategic implementation.
  • Design and model tech solutions for complex processes through innovation and experience.
  • Work with the innovation committee to conduct insights and design outputs to support their innovative ideas.
  • Design, research, develop, analyse and suggest new enhancements reducing workload.
  • Perform as a strategic partner to the innovation manager to influence change to create new processes.
  • Lead and direct cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently.
  • Meet with stakeholders at different levels to identify areas of innovation and growth.
  • Identify innovation trends and business opportunities within the market.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance innovative thinking around the company.
  • A solid understanding of innovation and how it should be applied to business operations.
  • Support the elicitation and documentation of detailed business process requirements
  • Utilise continuous improvement techniques, map business processes and conduct process analysis to examine end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency and operations
  • Translate optimal process maps into business requirements that IT can consume
  • Analyse the entire value chain using lean skills to optimise the process to provide business recommendations necessary for IT development
  • Facilitate discussions to drive cross functional collaboration
  • Understand and communicate relevant subject matter expertise between the business and IT to support enterprise-wide technology initiatives
  • Anticipate internal and external business challenges and recommend process enhancements
  • Participate in user acceptance testing alongside the training team for process implementation
  • Analyse processes and identify low to medium complexity automation opportunities.
  • Gather and document requirements for an automation solution.
  • Work daily on most of the tool such as StudioX \xe2\x80\x93 UI Path, Big Data analytics, WEBI Reporting, Excel (Macros), .net, Tableau and Python is an add value
  • Document and maintain automation pipeline using Automation Hub.
  • Design, build and test process automations per the Robotics Operation Center (ROC) standards and best practices.
  • Resolve issues that arise in the daily running of processes and provide timely responses and solutions.
  • Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and support business teams during the UAT and roll-out phases.
  • Create and document test cases for negative scenarios to document workflow behaviour when specific systems malfunction, as well as performance scenarios, to stress test systems behaviour.
  • Provide maintenance to production workflows by ensuring second-level support for workflow incidents; investigate reported errors, agree on error severity and propose resolution.
  • Configure enhancements/change requests to already automated processes.
  • Partner with the Robotics Operations Center (ROC) and the growing Citizen Developer community on ideas, projects, and other automation opportunities.
    Qualifications and experience:
    • Requires a Bachelor\'s in Technology or a related field and 6 to 8+ years of experience producing solution designs for transformation projects, and delivering integrated solutions across multiple technologies, or other related experience.
    • At least two years and above experience developing automations in UiPath StudioX and Automation Hub.
    • Willing to complete the Citizen Developer training program, Botathon, and achieve certification (if not already certified in UiPath).
    • Experience with Immigration is a strong plus.
    • Experience in analysis of business process and workflow or process improvement recommendations.
    • Solid project management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Experience as a business analytics is a strong plus.
    • A good team player that collaborates well in cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution.
    • A good understanding of business processes is desired.
    • Technical experience in developing and testing software on a Windows platform and adhering to a structured and documented methodology.
    • Experience developing and implementing automated RPA processes as a certified developer.
    • Working knowledge of data management tools.
    • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined, and structured approach to documentation and procedures.
    • Ability to solve problems including multiple priorities and research conflicting or inaccurate data.

      Within the Middle East region we have offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Riyadh, with an overall headcount of 170 employees. Across all the offices, there is a positive and collaborative working environment, with our immigration professionals partnering with our clients to help them manage their regional or global immigration programs. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with the Managing Partner for MEA, who is also located there.
      The Firm has recently transitioned to a hybrid working model, which incorporates a blend of in-person attendance as well as working from home \xe2\x80\x93 our aim being to leverage our remote working technology fully and to provide a balance for our people in the way that they work.
