About the Role
We are expanding our presence in the UAE and invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Senior / Principal Civil Engineer Dubai, UAE. This role will support the delivery of complex civil infrastructure and land development projects across the region. You will play a key role in leading detailed design, client engagement, and interdisciplinary coordination to deliver world-class engineering outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage civil engineering design packages across infrastructure and land development projects
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
Liaise with clients, authorities, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery
About You
Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 8+ years (Senior) or 12+ years (Principal) experience in civil engineering consultancy
Strong background in civil infrastructure design roads, utilities, grading, drainage, and site development
Proficient in software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, or similar tools
