Senior Presales Consultant, Network & Security Solutions - Dubai
We're working with a leading technology solutions provider seeking a Senior Presales Consultant with deep expertise in Networking and Network Security on a full-time basis. This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you'll collaborate with sales and technical teams to design and position advanced network and security solutions for enterprise clients across the region.
As a trusted advisor, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology innovation by helping customers modernize their infrastructure and achieve digital resilience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal sales teams to engage clients and understand their business goals and technical challenges.
• Design tailored networking and security solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
• Develop high-level solution designs (HLDs), architecture diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BoMs).
• Prepare and present technical proposals; respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Collaborate with vendors and distributors to validate and refine proposed architectures.
• Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical validations with customers.
• Work closely with post-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless handover and project success.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in networking and cybersecurity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of presales or solution design experience in networking and network security.
• Proven expertise across:

• Networking: LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, routing & switching
• Network Security: Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC, Zero Trust, SASE, DLP
• Cloud Security: SSE, ZTNA, CASB, Cloud Firewalls
• Experience working with major vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, and others.

Skills & Certifications:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Preferred certifications: CCNP / CCIE, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or similar.
