Primary purpose of job
Carry out the duties and responsibilities of reviewing, developing and maintaining the QatarEnergy and as applicable to its
Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, and Affiliated companies, the Policy and Procedure Manual.
Undertake the interpretation of Policy provisions and the discussion of newly introduced policies and amendments with
relevant parties within and outside of QatarEnergy.
Experience & Skills
- At least 10 years of experience in administrative personnel experience with emphasis on the Human Resources Policies
- Adequate knowledge of all related applicable Laws of The State of Qatar to clarify inquires and policy applications as
- Excellent written and oral English and Arabic communication skills and presents an image that commands respect and
Education
University Degree in Public Administration / Human Resources Management.
