Senior Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with the following requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Manage and operate
on-premises Kubernetes clusters
, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. Design and implementInfrastructure as Code (IaC)
usingTerraform
,Ansible, Helm
, andKustomize
. Automate CI/CD pipelines usingAWS CodePipeline
andArgoCD
for consistent deployment practices. Implement and maintain observability stack usingGrafana
,Prometheus
,Loki
, andThanos
. Administer and optimizeCeph
,EFS
, and persistent storage configurations (PV/PVC). Managenetworking and ingress
with service mesh integrations for multi-service environments. ImplementRBAC
,namespace management
, andcost optimization
strategies. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and enhance system resilience. Collaborate with developers and DevOps peers to improve infrastructure reliability and developer experience. Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure, automation, and operational procedures.Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with
Kubernetes
inon-premises environments
(cluster lifecycle, scaling, upgrades, troubleshooting). Proficiency inTerraform

for infrastructure automation. Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines usingAWS CodePipeline

. Solid knowledge ofmonitoring and logging stacks
