Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Develop baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
Track project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors
Analyze delays and provide mitigation and corrective action plans
Prepare resource loading, cash flow, and manpower histograms
Support claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) submissions
Requirements:
B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in planning within civil contracting projects
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
Experience in infrastructure/building projects preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
