Our Client A leading construction company is seeking a

Senior Planning Engineer

(Civil-building)to lead the planning and scheduling activities for their ongoing and upcoming projects in Qatar.

Job Title:-

Salary:

QAR 19,000 (Full Package)

Duty Hours:

10 hrs + 1 hr lunch break(Friday off)

Qualification:

B.E. - Civil Engineering

Experience:

11-15 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Planning Engineer (Civil)

to lead project planning, scheduling, and control functions across our building projects. The candidate will ensure that all project timelines, deliverables, and milestones are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of project baseline and construction schedules. Review and approve project progress reports, forecasts, and recovery plans. Manage planning deliverables in coordination with project managers and consultants. Perform delay analysis and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct TIA (Time Impact Analysis) and support claims preparation. Ensure project planning complies with Company's Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Skills & Competencies:

Expert in

Primavera P6

,

MS Project

, and project management software. Strong leadership and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication, reporting, and client coordination skills.
