About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Planning Engineer

to join our team for villa and high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking to ensure on-time and within-budget completion. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to coordinate all construction activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project schedules using

Primavera P6

or

MS Project

. Prepare and update baseline programs and monitor project progress. Identify critical paths, delays, and provide recovery plans. Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to align timelines. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients. Analyze project risks and suggest corrective actions. Support tender and proposal preparation with time and resource estimates. Mentor junior planning engineers and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field. Minimum

7 years of experience

in project planning for

villa and high-rise construction

. Proficient in

Primavera P6

and

MS Project

. Strong understanding of construction sequences, resources, and site operations. Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills. PMP or PSP certification is an advantage.
