Job Description
We are urgently looking for Senior Planning Engineer for one of our PMC projects in UAE.
Qualification Required
The candidates should have an Engineering Degree.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across all phases: FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align deliverables and milestones. Track actual progress against planned schedules using earned value management (EVM). Support risk identification and mitigation planning related to schedule delays, resource constraints, and offshore operational challenges. Ensure all planning activities comply with offshore safety standards and environmental regulations.
Experience Required
15-20 years of experience in oil & gas, with at least 5 years in offshore projects. Strong background in FEED, detailed engineering, and construction planning. Proficiency in planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must have worked in the Offshore projects on a PMC role Must have handled large FEED/EPC projects in the offshore field Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
