Senior Planning Engineer

Job Description

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling projects (fuel stations, depots, pipelines, upgrades, maintenance, etc.) to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget,
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules (baseline & detailed) using tools like Primavera P6
Monitor progress, delays, and risks, and recommend corrective actions
Prepare weekly/monthly planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams
Conduct delay analysis, critical path analysis, and recovery planning
Review contractor schedules and ensure compliance with ADNOC requirements
Support cost control, change management, and claims analysis
Participate in project meetings and senior management reviews * Experience with fuel stations, terminals, pipelines, or utilities preferrred
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering is Mandatory
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas, industrial electrical systems, and instrumentation.
  • Familiarity with UAE regulations and authority procedures is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Design experience is mandatory.
  • Previous UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
