Senior Planner (mep)
Job Description
Prepare detailed construction schedules for assigned projects, including developing baseline cost-loaded programs, cash flow & manpower histograms and risk registers. Identify the project deliverables, milestones and create work breakdown structures for the project(s). Visit sites, verify progress data and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports, S-Curves. Perform delay analysis. Preparation of Claims for delays & EOT and associated costs.
BTech/BE/BSc Degree(Electrical/Mechanical) Qualified Engineers with UPDA and minimum of 12 yrs experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
