Job Description
Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner with a strong civil engineering background. If you have expertise in project planning, reporting, and claim reviews within the construction sector, this role is for you.
Play a pivotal role in projects where strategic planning and foresight ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and uncompromising quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules, programs, and reports. Coordinate with project teams to track progress and forecast timelines. Perform claims analysis and support claim review processes. Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables. Implement project planning tools and methodologies to optimize performance.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning.
Proven experience in preparing programs, reports, and claim reviews. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience working with developers and contracting companies.Location:
