Tanagra is the Middle East's destination for curated luxury homeware, blending heritage with contemporary living. Through elevated client experiences, both online and offline, Tanagra offers a world where personalization and curation meet at the intersection of style and storytelling.
We are seeking a polished, customer-obsessed Omnichannel Personal Shopper to deliver an exceptional and seamless luxury shopping experience across all customer touchpoints - in-store, online, at events, and even in clients' homes upon request.
This hybrid role bridges the eCommerce and Customer Experience teams and plays a pivotal part in driving sales, retention, and loyalty through highly personalized, data-informed engagement. The ideal candidate combines refined taste with strong digital skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to proactively grow client portfolios in line with business objectives
