Job Description

Adree is in search of a Senior Performance Tester to enhance our Quality Assurance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and executing performance testing frameworks that ensure our applications perform optimally under stress. You will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to identify performance issues and recommend enhancements, contributing significantly to the overall quality of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute detailed performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios for multiple applications. Leverage industry-standard performance testing tools, such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools, to analyze load capacity and performance metrics. Perform thorough analysis of performance test results to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable solutions. Work collaboratively with developers and product managers to understand system architecture and tailor performance tests accordingly. Monitor application performance in real-time and provide feedback on metrics such as response times and resource utilization. Produce comprehensive performance reports and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Drive continuous improvements in performance testing methodologies and techniques.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on performance testing for at least 2 years. Expertise in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and metrics. Proficient in programming/scripting languages, including Java or Python. Experience with application profiling, monitoring tools, and your analysis. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
