BFL group is currently hiring Senior Performance Marketing Executives with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness. He/ She is liable for driving conversions at optimal costs per acquisition. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role.
Responsibilities
Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan for brandsforless.com & brands for less mobile application.
Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM).
Generate and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
Produce google shopping and meta product dynamic ads.
Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return.
Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
Liaise with the marketing team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively.
Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive, and have possessed an added value.
Ensure a data-led approach to all activities, creating a clear test & learning strategy.
Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, and user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years plus of experience in performance marketing field is a must.
Previous experience in eCommerce/retail campaign management.
Strong experience in the MENA Region and should have a good understanding of Arab consumer behaviors.
Solid experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, social media, affiliate marketing, and other digital channels.
Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data.
Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
Goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
Experience in the Fashion eCommerce business is a plus.
