About the role
As a Senior People Partner, you'll be part of a very busy, dynamic and dedicated People Team. As a trusted adviser your stakeholders will look to you to provide functional leadership and expertise in People processes, programmes and policies. Through your work with key stakeholders, you'll develop a deep understanding of the business and its strategic objectives.
You'll be responsible for translating business objectives into a set of strategic people initiatives with actions to align with our People Strategy. In turn, contributing to business growth, profitability and high levels of employee performance engagement.

What you'll be doing
Contributing to the development and execution of the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritise, and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes for the future
Conducting weekly meetings with respective business units.
Analysing trends and metrics in partnership with the People Team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Providing day-to-day performance management guidance
Ensure the appropriate training and development is available to meet the business needs.
Driving data-informed decisions and support in calibrating and rewarding high performance.
