Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects. This is a dynamic role that will require you to drive the People Strategy in the OKQU(Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and UAE) Sub Region. You will be a proactive Leader that can influence and engage at all levels of the organisation, recognizing risks and opportunities. You will be an influential Business Partner in the Sub Region representing the People agenda in all aspects of the business. As we scale our business and accelerate the pace FEED to EPC delivery innovative business models and utilising existing, and developing new, digital solutions and design automation become essential. As a People Business Partner, you would be accountable for driving Worley consistency in People delivery and ensure alignment with customers on strategy and execution. You'll be: A strong safety leader, driving attitudes and behaviours, promoting the Worley safety culture A People Leader who develops a team to be their best and evolves the people function capability as we transform Responsible for driving organisational design, change management and strategic workforce planning activities Effective in influencing and managing the needs of the customer and multiple stakeholders including the various Worley location management teams to deliver the best commercial outcome for Worley Interpret and implement a fit-for-purpose functional People strategy that aligns with the global and regional People strategy and addresses specific business needs relevant to leadership, the locations and Worley - whilst keeping an employee centric focus Coach, consult, influence, and develop senior leaders to fully integrate the complex people side of their role Able to draw on deep understanding of the business to support strategic talent decisions (Succession, hiring, Reward, Promotions, Employee relations) Deliver business value through data-driven insights Operate as an effective, contributing member of the People Group Leadership Team. Act as a coach and trusted partner to provide feedback and direction Deliver agreed Worley People initiatives consistently across the functional group responsibility including Talent & Capability, Reward, Shared Services & People Digital Works frequently with location and regional management on significant matters influencing the business results Drive our DE&I agenda across the business and works with leaders to meet our DEI targets Provide thought leadership into Industry best practice and innovation

You'll have: Proven experience in a similar role with broad functional experience and understanding of the wider Worley structure Significant Business Partnering experience with evidence of influencing in order to achieve results Experience managing teams across geographies or lines of business Strong commercial awareness and engaging style Motivational leadership style and strong communication skills with ability to develop high performance culture Strong relationship skills and will work closely with the COE to co-develop, prioritise and roll out priority initiatives - collaboration is key Ability to maximise results through positive proactive risk management and decision making Bring in external perspectives on People challenges and trends A degree or relevant qualification Very good knowledge of the Middle East and Africa Region
