Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our team and support our expanding operations.

Position Overview:

The Senior Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process for the holding and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll procedures, labor laws, and extensive hands-on experience working with SAP payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle payroll processing for multiple entities within the holding. Ensure accuracy and compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and system entries in SAP. Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliations, and financial summaries. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues. Handle end-of-service calculations, leave balances, and statutory benefits. Participate in payroll audits and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of payroll experience, preferably within a large or multi-entity organization. Mandatory SAP payroll experience (SAP SuccessFactors or SAP ERP). Strong understanding of payroll regulations and employment law. Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
