Senior Painter
Job Description
Position Responsibilities: Assists in the scheduling of painting projects. Coordinates multiple projects and sees through to completion. Experience is required 3 to 5 years
Prepares specifications for contract painting projects.
Maintains finish products inventory and requisitions materials.
Mixes and matches paint color.
Paints with brush or roller - oil base, latex, varnish, stains, etc.
Performs caulking, patching holes and cracks, finishing drywall, sanding, plastering, washing walls and woodwork.
Hangs various wall coverings - vinyls, grass cloth, walltex, style-tex, foil burlap, etc.
Rigs scaffolding for small jobs.
Assists with moving of furniture and various modular wall systems.
Cleans up after completing job assignments.
Observes and adheres all safety regulations and practices. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
