GTI is Hiring: Senior Packaging Designer.

(In-House Role - Dubai HQ).
Join a global tobacco company driving packaging innovation across

70+ international markets

.

About the Role:




GTI is seeking a

Senior Packaging Designer

to join our in-house marketing team in Dubai. This full-time role is dedicated to creating

world-class packaging

and

trade marketing visuals (POSM)

for our tobacco brands.


You'll work in a

marketing-led environment

under strong creative direction, partnering with commercial and legal teams to

adapt global concepts into locally compliant, premium visuals

. Please note: this is an

on-site position only

(no remote or hybrid options).

Your Mission:

Packaging Design:

Develop designs for new variants, line extensions, and multi-market adaptations.

POSM Creation:

Design headers, displays, shelf talkers, and trade toolkits.

Artwork Delivery:

Produce technically correct,

press-ready artwork

.

Trend Leadership:

Stay ahead of

Western FMCG design trends

and packaging innovations.

Creative Execution:

Balance bold creativity with

structured, detail-oriented output

in a high-speed environment.


Who We're Looking For:

7+ years of packaging design experience

(tobacco or premium FMCG). Proven expertise in

POSM design

and

packaging adaptation

. Mastery of

Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Cloud

, and artwork preparation.

Fluent English speaker

with clear, international communication skills. Sharp awareness of

Western FMCG aesthetics

and material innovation. Strong work ethic, independence, and excellent time management. Bonus: Arabic, Russian, or Chinese language skills.


Not a Fit If:

Your portfolio is primarily digital, social, or UI/UX design. You lack experience in

tobacco print production standards

.
