ob Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Artist / Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and contributing innovative design ideas to support marketing and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visual designs for digital and print media, including social media, advertising, branding, packaging, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts that align with brand strategy. Lead and mentor junior designers in the team. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for approval. Prepare design files for production and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs and creative projects. Excellent eye for detail and visual storytelling. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

Experience in UI/UX design. Knowledge of video editing and animation tools.
