Provide expert scrub and circulating nurse duties for complex laparoscopic procedures (e.g., cholecystectomies, appendectomies, bariatric surgeries).
Prepare the operating room with all necessary laparoscopic instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and surgeons during procedures.
Manage and account for all surgical instruments and supplies before, during, and after procedures.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterile processing protocols.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior OT staff and trainees.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Minimum of
5 years
of continuous experience as an OT Nurse.
Proven and significant experience in laparoscopic procedures is essential.
Exceptional knowledge of aseptic techniques and operating room protocols.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
