Job Description

Reporting to the Service Finance Manager, the financial implementer will provide expertise and knowledge in the financial module. The Financial implementer will facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation. Assist Business Users in mapping and streamlining / re-engineering business practices to implement the financial modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment. An experienced senior Oracle Financials professional who will be part of the Dynamic Oracle implementation team, responsible as finance lead. The professional will work directly with key users/SMEs for requirements/analysis and IT/Oracle consultants. Prior experience leading global finance Oracle implementation is a requirement with additional exposure to HRMS, Supply Chain and Operations. Ability to manage multiple work streams, progress tracking within tight timelines and able to play multiple roles as manager, leader, architect, interacting with global teams to drive towards a successful implementation. The candidate will provide periodic updates to management on the progress of the project for. The position requires proven leadership skills, strong influencing skills and ability to execute. The candidate must be self-motivated, flexible, highly adaptable, a collaborative leader and strong team player. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee the various project phases through go-live, documentation, support, and training. Collaborate with the business to identify new business requirements and work with IT/Oracle team to deliver within timelines and budgets. Aligning end-to-end process solutions within the Oracle Cloud modules. Highly self-motivated, self-directed and attention to detail to execute within aggressive project timelines with ad-hoc critical business requests. Excellent analytical, collaboration and communication skills both verbal and written; articulate and effective engagement with top management. Strong leader; leads by example, successful mentoring and proven project management skills (Identification, Tracking, Prevention and Handling) Flexible and willing to work across various time zones in a global organization environment which will include Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. This position reports to the Managing Director. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in IT/Finance with Project Management certification Comprehensive, strong, and current knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud Solutions and POS Solution. 10+ years in Oracle Financials Implementation experience. Prior experience in working with Point of Sales (POS) Solutions is a PLUS. Proven track of building teams and strong mentoring abilities. Work experience in similar industry preferred. Detail oriented, proactive and able to respond to requests effectively and efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
