We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced

Senior Operations Manager

to lead and oversee our diverse contracting operations. This role is designed for a strong leader who can take ownership of multiple divisions, drive efficiency, and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction across all company divisions:

General Contracting & Construction

(villas, refurbishments, finishing works).

Steel & Metal Fabrication

(gates, carports, fencing, cladding, handrails).

Aluminium & UPVC Works

(windows, doors, skylights, partitions, louvers).

Wood & WPC Carpentry

(interior doors, wardrobes, kitchens, decorative works).

Shades & Outdoor Structures

(car shades, pergolas, gazebos, tensile systems).

Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC (MEP)

. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and estimation to execution and handover. Drive operational efficiency and ensure high-quality delivery within budget and timelines. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team and project performance. Review and approve

tenders, quotations, BOQs, and financial forecasts

. Mentor and develop senior staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate directly with company leadership on strategic initiatives and business expansion. Represent the company at a senior level with clients, consultants, and partners.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).

10-15 years of progressive leadership experience

in operations or project management within the contracting/construction industry. Proven record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing diverse service areas. Expertise in

project costing, financial control, and strategic planning

. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership presence at executive level. Valid Qatar driving license.
