We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

with at least

2 years of hands-on experience

Air & Sea Freight operations

Import and Export

, across all major shipping lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of shipments, documentation, and communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day import/export operations for

Air and Sea shipments

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents Prepare and verify shipping documents - BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc. Track shipments and provide updates to customers and stakeholders Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs documentation Manage vendor and carrier bookings and follow up on timely delivery Monitor and maintain shipment schedules to avoid delays and penalties Resolve operational issues, disputes, and discrepancies proactively Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and payments Liaise with internal departments such as sales, finance, and warehousing

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in Shipping & Logistics operations (Air and Sea - Import & Export) Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes and Incoterms Familiarity with documentation and procedures for

all major shipping lines and airlines

Good communication skills and customer service orientation Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (ERP) Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field is preferred
