We are looking for diverse nationality candidates with Banking Sales experience. To promote Retail Priority Banking products mainly NTB Priority accounts, Personal loans, Credit Cards.(Conventional & Islamic). To increase wallet share amongst our Corporate Client base as well as new companies listed under To ensure cross sell of Retails products To assist telemarketing team by providing quality leads for motor insurance Assure immediate processing of all applications received from customers To assist Relationship Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Business Development in listing new companies under TML. To be aware of any market changes from competition to effectively manage customer objection handling Provide constructive and constant feedback to bank staff on improvement of: products, services and processes etc., which may either reduce TAT or costs or enhance customer experience. Be an effective team player and contribute to achievement of goals based on the Key Performance Indicators issued from time to time. Carry out a range of sales & application processing activities ensuring that the work assigned has been accurately completed within specified timelines. Respond to internal and external customers promptly and courteously always providing adequate clarification on the information being given. Prepare daily sales reports/statistics requested by line management. Ensure that customers are provided proper & correct information about products & services. Also no mis-selling of products or documents compromise of any sort. Undertake other duties at similar level when required. To cater to the employees of C&IB relationships in TML & Govt/ Semi Govt companies and to meet their retail banking requirements. Degree/diploma in Commerce or equivalent would be preferred At least 1 year experience in retail product sales would be preferred. Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
