Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced communications and content specialist to support the DP World Partnerships team with the communication and activation of partnerships in our portfolio.

As Senior Officer - Partnerships Activation, you will be responsible for driving forward the \'always on\' communication and content for the work DP World is doing with its partners, including those in our Group Sustainability portfolio.

You will also support with the activation of different partnerships at key milestone moments throughout the year.

You will work within the DP World Partnerships team to develop integrated communications and content strategies. You will be responsible for planning and executing communications outputs that sit across earned media, digital and social, paid media and internal communications. All outputs will be carefully curated in a way that engages the target stakeholder groups - to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and engagement.

You will work closely with the Group Manager - Partnerships Activation and will need to acquire a full understanding of the business and our partnerships portfolio to ensure that all communications have real impact.

The ideal candidate must possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Most importantly, they must have a passion for storytelling.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Support

• Support the Group Manager - Partnerships on the development of an integrated, always-on, multi-channel communication strategy for the company\'s partnerships portfolio, aligning with business strategies to educate and inform target stakeholder groups.
• Responsible for the internalisation of the master messaging amongst the global communication leads.

Communications Management and Content Execution

• Manage the content creation process from ideation, working with different functions and their partners to identify relevant case studies, stories and proof points that can be told throughout the year.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including DP World agencies, editors, communication leads and DP World brand and digital functions to publish and amplify content across paid, owned and earned platforms.
• Project manage individual content campaigns, including liaising with local partners, production companies and creative teams to story-board ideas, through to managing the creative development of content.

Events/Activation Management

• Support on the execution of communications and content during key milestones in the DP World calendar and other events as required - from conception to completion, including liaising with venue and organisers, managing vendors and coordinating logistics between DP World delegates and the partnership opportunities.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree and minimum 5 years\' experience in communications and managing the delivery of large-scale communication and content campaigns.
• A process-driven individual and proven project manager with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter who thrives under pressure, can prioritise multiple projects, take initiative and is driven to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.
• A strong written and oral communicator with a passion for storytelling.
• Must have an integrated mindset to communications and storytelling - and understand how content can be amplified across bought, owned and paid channels.
• Must be commercially creative, always seeking ways to develop original and engaging content respective to the channel/ platform.
• Ability to analyse data and measure campaign performance.
• Experience managing a team of content creators and freelance writers.
• Flexibility with working hours - DP World is a global company, and some opportunities may be outside of standard office working hours.
• Knowledge of the industry is desirable but not essential.
