ROLEPURPOSE:
Toprovidehighqualityandtimelydata,analysis,informationandreportsinordertomeasure,reportonandimproveoperationalperformanceaspart oftheAirportManagementCentre(AMC). TheAMCisthecentralhubforthreefunctions:
o Operations Planning - leading integrated operational planning and performance analysis for allADAIRPORTSairportstodeliver ourtarget LevelsofService(LOS).
o Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC) - Leading day-of-operations within 24/7 control room co-locatedwithgroundhandler,controlauthorities,airlines, emergencyservicesand others.
o OperationsData&Analytics\xe2\x80\x93leadingoperationaldataqualitymanagementandthedevelopmentofAMCreporting,analytics,andtools. Thejobholder\xe2\x80\x99skeyaccountabilitiesinclude: o OperationalDataQualityManagement o OperationsData&AnalyticsGovernance o OperationsReporting,Analytics&Tools
Thejobholderisresponsibleforthequalityofdataandanalyticsproductsandservicesbyapplyingdatagovernanceprinciples in accordance with ADAirports policiesandprocedures. ThejobholderisresponsibleforinstillingAbuDhabiAirportsvaluesandbehaviourswiththeirteam.
InitiallythefocusshallbeAbuDhabiInternationalAirport(AUH)operationsandthepreparationforthetransition to theMidfieldTerminal Complex(MTC). ThejobholdershallbebasedintheAMCworkingnormalofficeworkinghours. Identifyandutilisethemostappropriateanalysistechniquestomeasureoperationalperformance.

DevelopandmanageacentralrepositoryofdatarequirementstoenableeffectivecollaborationbetweenAMC,Information TechnologyandEndUsers.
Knowledgeofandpracticeswithdatacollection,planningandresourcemanagement
Fostercontinuousimprovementbehavioursbyroutinelyreviewingandenhancinganalysis,reports,toolsandprocesses.
OperationsData& AnalyticsGovernance
Developanalyticssolutionsforautomatingqualitychecks,alertingandsecuritybestpractices.
Maintainoperationaldatabasesystemensuringthequality,integrityandsecurityofoperationaldata.
Implementingdataorganisationalschemasanddatabasemanagementsystemsthatarefitforpurposeandevaluatingtheimpactofdata organisational structuresondata analysis.
Demonstrateimportanceandusesofmetadataandindexingfordatadiscovery,description,reusability,andinformation retrieval.
OperationsReporting, Analytics&Tools
Applyknowledgeandunderstandingof airportoperations tothe implementationof operationalperformanceanalysis.
Providepersonalisedservicewithpromptandefficientresponsestomeettherequirements,requests,andconcernsofcustomers.
Provideproactiveanalyticalandtechnicalsupportacrossthebusiness,deliveringexcellentserviceandenhancingtherangeofservicesoffered.
Ensureresponsetocustomerrequests(internalandexternal)withinresponsetimestandards,inaccordancewith servicelevel agreements.
Undertakeanalysisofawiderangeofdatafromavarietyofsourcestodetermineoperationalperformanceacrossnumerousparametersandagainstspecific KPIs.
QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION
ThejobholderwillbeeducatedtoBachelor\xe2\x80\x99sdegreelevelinanumericalorcomputersciencesubject.Equivalentanalyticaland managementexperiencewill beconsidered as equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Atleast5years\xe2\x80\x99experienceinananalyticalrole,preferablywithintheaviationsector.Excellentanddemonstrable data analysis and organizational skills are essential. Proven ability to communicate data andinformationinamannerthatisreadilyunderstoodbyawideaudienceofvariedexperience.Experience analysingcombinationsofmultiplelargedatasets.
