This position reports to the IFE Manager and its purpose is to manage the installed Lumexis IFE system.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Activities

1. Ensure that the IFE system meets the service level requirement

2. Ensuring that all aircraft records are maintained in accordance with regulations

3. Ensure that the IFE system meets all required airworthiness standards

4. Ensure that the installed IFE system meets the required maintenance standards

5. Liaison with Engineering & maintenance teams to ensure seamless communication

6. Rectification of defects on the installed IFE system, updating of software as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Qualification

• BA Degree or Equivalent work experience in IFE

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience

Knowledge / Skills

• Specialist knowledge of installed IFE system. GCAA type licence preferred for 737NG
