MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

Drive website traffic and sales through effective search engine optimization (SEO) and analytics strategies. This involves analyzing data and metrics related to website traffic, user behavior, and sales performance to identify opportunities for improving the website\'s performance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in the development of SEO content (for the website and mobile web) roadmap from a visual and functional viewpoint
• Provides support for producing and maintaining structured, reusable content that delights users, drives conversions, and new customer acquisition
• Periodically validates data based on data collection variables and collaborates with web analytics vendor and development team to make tagging updates and changes
• Updates content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
• Ensures content is accurate, in line with flydubai tone of voice, expectations and global strategy.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders (marketing etc.) to ensure FZ content is within the brand guidelines.
• Prepares and maintains appropriate e-Commerce Key Performance indicators (KPS\'s) and metrics to measure SEO performance and visitor engagement via dashboard reporting.
• Works closely with writers and designers and prepares briefs for content creation.
• Administers web analytic tools including variables, tags using Google tag manager
• Constantly checks search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (or Equivalent)

Degree in a related field like Communications, English, Marketing or Information Sciences
Prior experience of working on Search Engine Optimisation at an agency or organisation with minimum 2 years of experience.
5+ years experience in digital marketing along with some content management experience of 3+ years of experience in eCommerce domain

Experience Specific Requirements

• Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) - 5
• Preferred No. of Years (without Relevant Degree) \xe2\x80\x93 7

Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements

• Experience working with Google analytics, Google search console, Google tag manager, Appsflyer, SEO tools like SEMRush, SimilarWeb etc.

ISR Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
