Job Role: Senior Officer Contingent Worker Management Experience: 3 to 5 years Education: Degree Holder in Business, Administration, or management. Job details: Minimum 3 5-year experience in a similar position. Drive the contingent workforce programs day-to-day management and compliance, working collaboratively with functional partners and the service providers. Coordinate delivery of the Strategic partner through daily, weekly, and monthly governance forums Work with HR & IT to ensure that access to secure environments, systems and buildings are managed. Audit contingent staff information in Oracle Develop strong relationships with functional stakeholders and across business entities both in person and remote environments. Identify, track, and manage issues, risks, and action-items across individuals and teams, while demonstrating consistent follow-through Recommend process improvements which contribute to efficient data collection and interpretation. Root cause analysis documented for all escalated issues and corrective action communicated to customers. Ensure it is closed out. Competency for clear and concise communication in a timely manner. Seek opportunity for continuous improvement and innovation in line with service catalogue and customer service proposition. Review of processes shows zero errors. Able to have an organize working mechanism to track status. Able to produce reports as and when require on status. Determine root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers. Understand the high impact their job has on the business and the criticalities work closely with the asset and ensure full cycle close out. Work closely with process lead and account manager to close out any issues that need action as per HR responsibility matrix.
