Job Title: Specialist Contingent Worker Management Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: 5-7 year of experience Education: Bachelor's degree General Summary Drive the contingent workforce programs day-to-day management and compliance, working collaboratively with functional partners and the service providers. Vendor / partner management for bench of contractors Coordinate delivery of the Strategic partner through daily, weekly, and monthly governance forums Work with HR & IT to ensure that access to secure environments, systems and buildings are managed. Audit contingent staff information in Oracle. Identify, track, and manage issues, risks, and action-items across individuals and teams, while demonstrating consistent follow-through Recommend process improvements which contribute to efficient data collection and interpretation. Develop and deploy contingent worker process with functional partners. Root cause analysis documented for all escalated issues and corrective action communicated to customers. Competency for clear and concise communication in a timely manner. Review of processes shows zero errors. Able to have an organize working mechanism to track status and produce quality reports.
