Assist in developing different card products in order to ensure better offers for card customers
Assist in enhancing the features and benefits on the existing and new products.
Get customized offers for card product based on the banks customer segmentation policy.
Ensure to keep track of key features and benefits on other cards offered and work closely with Product
Manager to improve the DIB card benefits
Ensure timely and effective roll out of marketing communications and promotions
Portfolio Management:
Deliver required results in the portfolio programs like Activation, Usage of card, Voluntary Attrition
management as per the SOPs of the bank
Assist in monitoring the cards life cycle management team in order to ensure better services to cards
customer. Vendor Management:
Acquire and manage partner relationships for strategic and tactical promotions for card product
Develop new and strengthen existing business relationships with vendors to ensure consistent delivery of
agreed service levels Compliance with Sharia Requirements:
Ensure all customer transaction documents required by Business are duly approved by both Shariah and
Legal and maintain record thereof
Ensure all customer communication is duly approved by Shariah and maintain record thereof
Stakeholder management:
Coordinate with sales, operations, credit, IT, BPA, Shariah, legal, audit and collections for achievement of
Product sales, profitability, and positioning objectives All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager. Competencies/Skills
Ability to recommend Proposition & Process Development
Ability to conduct Competitor Analysis and Sales & Marketing Promotion Impact Analysis (for DIB and
Competition)
Ability to manage Vendor Relationship
Ability to deal with Process breakdown and Policy interpretation related customer issues
