Job Title: Senior Officer Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: 5 to 8 Years Education: Bachelor's Degree in Contract Management or Business Administration or Engineering or any related field. Language: Excellent in English JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum 5 years of experience in Contracts Administration, preferably both in procurement and post-contract management of multiple services contracts, with experience in a client's organization or in a contract management consultancy. Support the business in the development of Transition Plan to demobilize the existing contractor and onboarding new contractor Ensuring compliance to commercial & legal T&Cs Settle any outstanding claims Coordinating with Project Manager to ensure all transition obligations are completed by the outgoing contractor. Preparing and updating commercial risk register
